The mission
Our Mission
Fight Society exists For the Love of the Fight Game.
Through original commentary, live shows, fighter conversations, training, IRL experiences, and independent storytelling, Fight Society brings fans closer to MMA and the broader culture of combat sports.
It is a place for people who genuinely love fighting—not only the events themselves, but also the personalities, gyms, stories, communities, and unforgettable moments that make the fight game unlike anything else.
Meet the Founder
Fight Society was created by Wyatt Boyce, a former college baseball player who discovered MMA during the rise of Conor McGregor and began training in combat sports after finishing his baseball career. What started as a new passion became a defining part of his life, eventually leading him to train, compete, coach, and build a career covering the fight game.
Wyatt launched Fight Society in Los Angeles in September 2023 as an independent combat sports media brand, and went on to train and compete as an amateur in kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Fight Society began as a way for Wyatt to build his identity as a fighter through podcasts and other original content. As the platform grew, he realized he was more passionate about covering the sport, building an MMA community and helping fans understand what happens inside the cage and behind the scenes. He still trains MMA regularly, but today his focus is growing Fight Society into a distinct voice in combat sports media.
Above all, Wyatt loves the fight game. His goal with Fight Society is to bring fight fans together, celebrate the fighters and personalities who make the sport great, and make following MMA and combat sports more informative, entertaining and enjoyable. He also wants to advocate for a version of the sport that better serves the fighters who make it possible and the fans whose passion drives it. Fight Society is built around that shared passion: helping people enjoy the fight game together and stay connected to why they fell in love with it in the first place.
